This unit comes fully furnished along with stove, refrigerator,dishwasher and microwave. There is a stack washer and dryer in the closet so no need to use the central laundry on ground floor. There is brand new top of the line deck furniture with hidden screws and made of resin. So nice and heavy it will not blow off. There is also and storage unit on the deck as well. This building has a gorgeous lobby with a library, puzzle table, lots of seating and a TV. It also has two hot tubs, vending machine room, fitness center and Sassy Bass restaurant all on the ground floor. There is an onsite restaurant called Sassy Bass, basketball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard, steam room, work out room, sauna, horseshoes, meeting room, 2 indoor pools (one is salt water), many out door pools. This building has a generator. This resort abuts the award winning Kiva Dunes Golf Course and their restaurant in Kiva Lodge which is open to all.
